Camp forms and school forms are filled for patients based on physicals done within a year. So have your child's physical current or make it arround his or her birthday. You wouldn't have to stress around the rush period. We require 24hr notice to cancel a scheduled appointment.

October 28, 2009 - Swine Flu:

Good hand wash and avoiding crowded areas is a KEY factor. Avoid contacts with persons with cold symptoms and fever. Keep active and eat healthy. Most importantly get your flu shots.
